More My Tech Bench is a project that has been developed to help and equip a wide section of the population with the ability to repair and maintain their own computers. We endeavor to do this by a variety of mean that include maintaining a question & answer / support forum, online classes, tutorials, help articles, access to white papers, email and live phone support. This service is provided on a subscription basis. The types and amount of service provided are based on subscription levels. Subscription Level 1 You get access to our forums, help articles, FAQs section, online tutorials and one online class per month. Subscription Level 2 You get level 1 plus limited email support and unlimited online classes. Subscription Level 3 (also known as the tech level) You get levels 1 & 2 plus unlimited email support and *phone support. Still under construction We are currently under construction. Prices: Level one membership $35 per month Level two membership 60 per month Tech Level 125 per month Participation Members can earn membership fees through participation. A member’s participation will be graded on a scale of relevancy, quality and then quantity. That is, staying relevant to the problem is a must; and quality is greatly preferred over quantity. Fees will be awarded value to value; the more valuable the participation, the more value awarded towards the member’s fees. Participation by charter members will count double. We are only accepting Charter Memberships while we are under construction. Charter memberships will include the highest level of support available, up to Tech level. Charter membership cost $100 when signing up and then only $60 per month after construction is complete. Charter members’ fees will never go up as long as they maintain their membership and there will be no reoccurring fee while we are under construction. Charter Memberships will ONLY be offered during construction, but once established can be kept for the life time of the service / member. Note that support levels will be limited while we are under construction and very little support may be available at first. * Phone support hours are Monday thru Saturday from 9 am to 9 pm, Central daylight time and limited to 300 combined minutes per month cycle except on special circumstances that will be determined on a case by case basis.
